This grounding sound bath is a simple, quiet space for you to pause, breathe, and reset. Through the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, rain stick, rattles, and chimes, your body is invited to soften, your mind to settle, and your nervous system to gently unwind. You may feel more: - Rooted and steady in your body - Clear and present in your thoughts - Relaxed, rested, and open in your heart What to expect: - A short guided grounding practice - A full sound bath while you lie down or sit comfortably - Time to arrive, integrate, and slowly come back to your day - Sip and sharing circle Perfect if you have been feeling tired, anxious, scattered or “on” all the time, and you’re longing for some quiet support. No experience is needed. just come as you are and bring an open heart.

Cancellation Policy
Payment & Booking All appointments are paid in full at the time of booking to secure your spot. Same-Day Rescheduling Rescheduling on the day of your appointment is not possible. Same-day changes are considered a cancellation, with no refunds or credits issued. A new booking will be required. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. Session end times will not be extended for late arrivals. Arrivals up to 15 minutes late will receive the remaining time of the scheduled session. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without communication will be considered a cancellation, with no refund or credit.
